Customer satisfaction is our priority at JRavah Foods. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are eligible only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the package and product condition.
  • Requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used items.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Food products without proper proof of damage.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed once the issue is verified.

The amount will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
